We provided our Dutch customer JMR Boopark with small GRP cabinets from our MINI EURO range. Our customer offers a complete solution with electric brake systems for trailers; he chose our cabinets to install the brake control system. These cabinets can be fixed directly to his trailers thanks to their mounting brackets (always included with our cabinets).
Thanks to their high resistance to corrosion and their IP66 index, these cabinets made of glassfiber reinforced polyester can withstand any kind of bad weather and protect the brake system from humidity. Indeed, these cabinets suit most applications, whether inside humid and corrosive spaces or outdoor areas. They are particularly fit for the installation of electrical or electronic equipment. They are provided with an awning that avoids water stagnation above the door, thus preventing water from entering into the cabinet when the door gets opened.
Cabinets are made with inserts where mounting plate or DIN rails can be directly fixed: any kind of equipment can be installed at the back of cabinet without making any drilling, which preserves cabinets’ watertightness. Our cabinets can be locked thanks to a ¼ turn double bar locking system (2 locks except for the smallest dimensions that has only 1 lock). These cabinets are reversible, which means that they be installed either with a left or right door opening.
We offer different dimensions in our MINI EURO range to satisfy any of your needs. We also have a wide range of accessories, from mounting plates (full galvanised steel, micro-perforated galvanised steel or full GRP) to door windows or even modular frames. According to your needs, we can install a cable entry plate or carry out the drilling that you need.
