class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La coincineraci\u00f3n es una t\u00e9cnica que permite, al producir cemento, tratar residuos, aunque el objetivo principal del sector cementero sea, sin duda, la producci\u00f3n de cemento. En este proceso, los residuos se utilizan como combustibles habituales o complementarios y\/o se someten a un tratamiento t\u00e9rmico con el fin de eliminarlos. En ocasiones, tambi\u00e9n sirven como sustitutos de los productos de cantera utilizados en la fabricaci\u00f3n de cemento.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12d7e1a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"12d7e1a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Por lo tanto, la coincineraci\u00f3n se considera una operaci\u00f3n de valorizaci\u00f3n de residuos (a diferencia de la incineraci\u00f3n, que sigue siendo una operaci\u00f3n de eliminaci\u00f3n de residuos).<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5cffede elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5cffede\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n del cemento consiste en \u00abcocinar\u00bb, a alta temperatura (1450 \u00b0C en el material, 2000 \u00b0C en la llama), una mezcla de caliza y arcilla, debidamente dosificada y molida en forma de \u00abharina cruda\u00bb, para transformarla en \u00abclinker\u00bb. El clinker es un producto granulado que, tras una molienda fina con aditivos adecuadamente seleccionados (en particular, yeso), se convierte en el cemento que todos conocemos para la alba\u00f1iler\u00eda, la construcci\u00f3n y las obras de ingenier\u00eda. <\/p><p>La mayor\u00eda de las cementeras modernas utilizan el proceso denominado \u00aben seco\u00bb.<\/p><p>Es el proceso m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico en cuanto a consumo energ\u00e9tico: aproximadamente 0,9 kWh por kg de clinker (v\u00e9ase el esquema de principio adjunto). La coincineraci\u00f3n en las cementeras ofrece todas las garant\u00edas, y ning\u00fan otro proceso de eliminaci\u00f3n de residuos presenta las mismas ventajas t\u00e9cnicas y medioambientales. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-0deb8db\" data-id=\"0deb8db\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d48b382 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d48b382\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Los residuos se utilizan como combustibles alternativos, lo que da lugar a una aut\u00e9ntica pol\u00edtica de desarrollo sostenible.\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fafbff2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fafbff2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n del cemento es \u00abcero residuos\u00bb (sin residuos acuosos ni s\u00f3lidos), ya que las cenizas de combusti\u00f3n, compuestas esencialmente por los mismos elementos qu\u00edmicos que el cemento (CaO, SiO\u2082, Al\u2082O\u2083, Fe\u2082O\u2083), se reintroducen en la cadena de fabricaci\u00f3n, lo que permite un excelente aprovechamiento del material.<\/p><p>La fabricaci\u00f3n de cemento normalizado requiere un seguimiento continuo de los par\u00e1metros de combusti\u00f3n y de su estabilidad. Esto garantiza la correcta destrucci\u00f3n de los residuos. El proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n de cemento genera emisiones de dioxinas pr\u00e1cticamente nulas, al l\u00edmite del umbral de detecci\u00f3n (son entre 3 y 5 veces inferiores a la norma vigente).  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b6feea5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b6feea5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">As\u00ed pues, para cumplir con los requisitos medioambientales, EUROPOLY recurre a los servicios de una empresa especializada en el transporte, el almacenamiento y la valorizaci\u00f3n de residuos.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
