class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La coincinerazione \u00e8 una tecnica che permette, producendo cemento, il trattamento dei rifiuti nonostante l\u2019obiettivo principale di questo settore sia la produzione del cemento. Durante questo procedimento i rifiuti sono usati come combustibili abituali o aggiuntivi e sono sottoposti al trattamento termico in vista della loro eliminazione. Sono talvolta utilizzati come materiale per sostituire i prodotti della cava utili alla produzione del cemento.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12d7e1a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"12d7e1a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La coincenerazione \u00e8 quindi considerata come un\u2019operazione di valorizzazione dei rifiuti (al contrario dell\u2019incenerazione che resta un\u2019operazione di eliminazione dei rifiuti)<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5cffede elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5cffede\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il procedimento di produzione del cemento consiste nel \u201ccuocere\u201d ad alta temperatura (1450\u00b0C all\u2019interno della materia, 2000\u00b0C nella fiamma) un miscuglio di calcare e argilla a giuste dosi e macinato in una specie di \u201cfarina cruda\u201d al fine di trasformare il tutto in \u201cclinker\u201d. Il clinker \u00e8 un prodotto granuloso che, dopo esser stato macinato finemente con dei prodotti aggiunti (per esempio il gesso), diventa il cemento utilizzato da tutti nell\u2019edilizia, lavori pubblici e opere d\u2019arte.<\/p>\n<p>La maggior parte dei cementifici moderni utilizza il procedimento detto \u201ca via secca\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tale procedura \u00e8 la pi\u00f9 economica in termini di consumo d\u2019energia: 0.9 KWH circa per KG di clinker (consultate lo schema qui sotto). La coincenerazione in cementificio offre tutte le garanzie che nessun\u2019altra procedura di eliminazione di rifiuti possiede per quanto riguardano i vantaggi tecnici e ambientali.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-0deb8db\" data-id=\"0deb8db\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d48b382 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d48b382\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">I rifiuti sono utilizzati come combustibili sostitutivi dando cos\u00ec luogo ad una vera politica di sviluppo sostenibile.\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fafbff2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fafbff2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La procedura in cementificio \u00e8 \u201czero rifiuti\u201d (nessun residuo acquoso o solido), in quanto le ceneri di combustione composte essenzialmente dagli stessi elementi chimici del cemento (CaO, SiO2, A1203, Fe203) sono reintrodotti nella catena di produzione permettendo cos\u00ec un\u2019ottima valorizzazione della materia del prodotto.<\/p>\n<p>La produzione di cementi normalizzati ha bisogno di un esercizio continuo dei parametri di combustione e della loro stabilit\u00e0. Questa \u00e8 la garanzia della buona distruzione dei rifiuti. La procedura in cementificio produce emissioni di diossina quasi nulle o al limite della soglia di rilevazione (sono da tre a cinque volte inferiori alle norme in vigore).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b6feea5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b6feea5\"
