class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Meeverbranding is een techniek waarbij afval kan worden verwerkt bij de productie van cement, hoewel het belangrijkste doel van de sector uiteraard de productie van cement is. In dit proces wordt afval als gewone of aanvullende brandstof gebruikt en\/of onderworpen aan een thermische behandeling met het oog op verwijdering. Soms dient het als vervangend materiaal voor de benodigde grondstoffen bij de productie van cement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12d7e1a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"12d7e1a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Meeverbranding wordt dus beschouwd als een manier om afval op te waarderen (in tegenstelling tot verbranding, wat een methode voor afvalverwijdering blijft).<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5cffede elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5cffede\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Het productieproces van cement bestaat uit het op hoge temperatuur (1450 \u00b0C in het materiaal, 2000 \u00b0C in de vlam) \u2018bakken\u2019 van een mengsel van kalksteen en klei. Dit mengsel wordt nauwkeurige gedoseerd en gemalen tot een \u2018ruw meel\u2019 en vervolgens omgezet in \u2018klinker\u2019. Klinker is een korrelig product dat, na het fijnmalen en met zorgvuldig geselecteerde toevoegingen (zoals gips), het cement vormt dat we allemaal kennen en dat wordt gebruikt in metselwerk, de bouwsector en voor bouwkundige constructies.<\/p><p>De meeste moderne cementfabrieken gebruiken het zogenaamde \u2018droge proces\u2019.<\/p><p>Dit is het meest energiezuinige proces, met een verbruik van circa 0,9 kWh per kg klinker (zie bijgevoegd schema). Meeverbranding in cementfabrieken biedt volledige garanties en geen enkele andere methode voor afvalverwijdering biedt dezelfde technische en ecologische voordelen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-0deb8db\" data-id=\"0deb8db\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d48b382 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d48b382\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Afval wordt gebruikt als alternatieve brandstof, wat leidt tot een echt duurzaam ontwikkelingsbeleid.\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fafbff2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fafbff2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 cimentier est \u00ab z\u00e9ro d\u00e9chets \u00bb (aucun r\u00e9sidu aqueux ou solide) car les cendres de combustion, compos\u00e9es essentiellement des m\u00eames \u00e9l\u00e9ments chimiques que le ciment (CaO, SiO2, A1203, Fe2O3), sont r\u00e9introduites dans la cha\u00eene de fabrication permettant ainsi une excellente valorisation de la mati\u00e8re de produit.<\/p><p>Voor de productie van standaard cement is een voortdurende bewaking van de verbrandingsparameters en hun stabiliteit noodzakelijk. Dit garandeert een correcte vernietiging van het afval.
