class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A co-incinera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma t\u00e9cnica que permite, atrav\u00e9s da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de cimento, tratar res\u00edduos, embora o objetivo principal do setor cimenteiro seja, evidentemente, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de cimento. Neste processo, os res\u00edduos s\u00e3o utilizados como combust\u00edveis habituais ou complementares e\/ou s\u00e3o submetidos a tratamento t\u00e9rmico com vista \u00e0 sua elimina\u00e7\u00e3o. Por vezes, servem tamb\u00e9m como material de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos agregados utilizados na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de cimento.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12d7e1a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"12d7e1a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">A co-incinera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9, portanto, considerada uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos (ao contr\u00e1rio da incinera\u00e7\u00e3o, que continua a ser uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos).<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5cffede elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5cffede\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O processo de fabrico do cimento consiste em \u00abcozer\u00bb, a alta temperatura (1450 \u00b0C no material, 2000 \u00b0C na chama), uma mistura de calc\u00e1rio e argila, devidamente dosada e triturada sob a forma de uma \u00abfarinha crua\u00bb, para a transformar em \u00abclinker\u00bb. O cl\u00ednquer \u00e9 um produto granulado que, ap\u00f3s moagem fina com aditivos devidamente selecionados (gesso, nomeadamente), se transforma no cimento bem conhecido por todos para alvenaria, obras de constru\u00e7\u00e3o e obras de engenharia. <\/p><p>A maioria das cimenteiras modernas utiliza o processo denominado \u00aba seco\u00bb.<\/p><p>Este \u00e9 o processo mais econ\u00f3mico em termos de consumo de energia: cerca de 0,9 kWh por kg de cl\u00ednquer (ver esquema de princ\u00edpio em anexo). A co-incinera\u00e7\u00e3o em cimenteiras oferece todas as garantias e nenhum outro processo de elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos apresenta as mesmas vantagens t\u00e9cnicas e ambientais. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-0deb8db\" data-id=\"0deb8db\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d48b382 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d48b382\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Os res\u00edduos s\u00e3o utilizados como combust\u00edveis alternativos, dando origem a uma verdadeira pol\u00edtica de desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel.\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fafbff2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fafbff2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O processo de fabrico de cimento \u00e9 \u00absem res\u00edduos\u00bb (sem res\u00edduos aquosos ou s\u00f3lidos), uma vez que as cinzas de combust\u00e3o, compostas essencialmente pelos mesmos elementos qu\u00edmicos que o cimento (CaO, SiO\u2082, Al\u2082O\u2083, Fe\u2082O\u2083), s\u00e3o reintroduzidas na cadeia de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, permitindo assim uma excelente valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do material.<\/p><p>A produ\u00e7\u00e3o de cimento normalizado requer um acompanhamento cont\u00ednuo dos par\u00e2metros de combust\u00e3o e da sua estabilidade. Isto garante a correta destrui\u00e7\u00e3o dos res\u00edduos. O processo de fabrico de cimento resulta em emiss\u00f5es de dioxinas praticamente nulas, no limite do limiar de dete\u00e7\u00e3o (s\u00e3o 3 a 5 vezes inferiores ao limite permitido pela norma em vigor).  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b6feea5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b6feea5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Assim, para cumprir os requisitos ambientais, a EUROPOLY recorre aos servi\u00e7os de uma empresa especializada no transporte, armazenamento e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de
